•• Safety during overseas travel and epidemic prevention••
- If you have any symptoms of physical discomfort, you should carefully assess whether to join the tour and it is recommended that you wear a mask according to your personal needs.
- Outbound travelers are advised to purchase overseas medical insurance and other related insurance to cover the costs arising from infection.
- Our company complies with all epidemic prevention measures of the host countries. If you cannot comply with the local epidemic prevention measures, please do not register for the tour.
- Our company will assist in confirming that all catering, accommodation, tourism and entertainment, and transportation services arranged in the itinerary comply with the epidemic prevention and control measures of the destination country, and make appropriate arrangements for the trip.
- Before traveling abroad, please check the International Epidemic Information and Prevention Recommendations on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Global Information Network, or visit a "Travel Medicine Clinic" for evaluation 4 to 6 weeks before your trip.
- If you have symptoms of suspected infectious diseases such as fever, diarrhea, rash, or respiratory discomfort during your trip or when returning home, please inform the airport quarantine personnel upon arrival. If you feel unwell within 21 days after returning home, please seek medical attention as soon as possible and inform the doctor of your travel and contact history.
- Infectious disease prevention measures:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap, eat cooked food, and drink bottled water.
- People with respiratory symptoms should wear masks.
- Spray mosquito repellent to avoid mosquito bites.
- Do not come into contact with birds, dogs, cats, or wild animals.
Helpful tips before registration
Guests meeting any of the following criteria should inform our staff at the time of registration so we can provide you with professional advice and arrangements. If you make a request within 3 business days prior to departure, additional fees may apply.
- Guests aged 70 or above or with mobility impairments who are not accompanied by relatives or friends.
- If you have mobility issues, chronic illnesses, or are over 70 years old, please inform us. To ensure your safety and the smooth running of the itinerary, and to respect the rights of other group members, guests with mobility issues must be accompanied by a family member or friend who can independently care for them. Registration will only be accepted after company assessment. If you inform us after paying a deposit, additional fees will apply. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- For those under the age of 18 who do not register for the tour with their legal guardian: a standardized tour contract must be provided to the legal guardian for signature for the registration to be valid.
- Pregnant women: Pregnant passengers must proactively inform the airline of their gestational age and number of fetuses, and carry a doctor's certificate indicating the expected delivery date. Airlines have different regulations for pregnant women. Generally, pregnant women between 32 and 36 weeks of gestation need to have their obstetrician fill out a special diagnosis form for the airline. After 36 weeks of gestation, they must be accompanied by medical personnel or are prohibited from traveling.
- Those traveling with infants and toddlers.
- For those with special dietary needs (such as vegetarian meals): Overseas group meals are not as varied and plentiful as those in Taiwan. It is recommended to prepare canned food or instant noodles in case of emergency.
- Special Accommodation Needs: If guests require special room types, floors, non-corner rooms, or connecting rooms, we will make a request to the hotel. However, we cannot guarantee that the hotel will provide these, and there may be related charges. The final situation will be confirmed at check-in.
Safety Rules
- When traveling by plane, please follow the instructions of the flight attendants and fasten your seatbelt at all times to avoid turbulence affecting your safety.
- Valuables can be deposited in the hotel or room safe. If you need to carry them with you, do not leave them unattended. If you leave your ID or wallet on the table when you leave your seat, it is easy for pickpockets to succeed.
- Do not flaunt your wealth in public, and do not count your money in public to avoid attracting unwanted attention.
- Please comply with the notices and instructions posted at tourist attractions, restaurants, hotels, amusement facilities, and other similar venues.
- When traveling on any type of vessel, please wear a life jacket at all times. During the journey, please hold onto the handrails or remain seated. Do not move around or stand up at will to avoid endangering yourself or others.
- If any activity is stimulating, travelers who are in poor physical or mental condition are advised not to take the risk.
- Do not stand or walk while the vehicle is in motion, and do not stick your head or hands out of the window. When getting on or off the vehicle, pay attention to the direction of oncoming traffic to avoid danger.
- If you need to leave the group during the trip, or need to go out on your own at night or during free time, please be sure to notify the tour leader or your fellow group members and agree on a return time. At the same time, please pay attention to all safety instructions to avoid accidents.
- Guests staying in rooms with private pools should be mindful of their safety to prevent injuries or drowning.
- Tour leaders and guides are not allowed to provide medical supplies without authorization. Therefore, please prepare your own personal medications, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, motion sickness medicine, etc. (prepare according to your needs). Those with pre-existing medical conditions should bring their necessary medications. If you feel unwell during the trip, please immediately notify your tour leader or guide so they can accompany you to seek medical treatment.
- Please bring your own personal items according to your own habits, including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, indoor slippers, mask, flashlight, umbrella (do not put in carry-on luggage when going through airport customs), sunscreen, sunglasses, razor, camera, adapter plug, sanitary products, hat, swimsuit, etc.
- Even if requested by fellow tour members, tour leader, or tour guide, you should not accept their request to carry your luggage, in order to prevent breaking the law by carrying prohibited items such as drugs or firearms.
- Travelers must comply with Taiwanese and local laws and regulations and refrain from any illegal activities (such as drug use, prostitution, smuggling, smoking in non-smoking areas, etc.). Our company assumes no responsibility for any legal liabilities or penalties arising from a traveler's illegal actions.
- Please keep your passport, documents, and personal valuables safe. Do not leave them on buses, in hotels, in your room, or in your large luggage. Beware of pickpockets and strangers approaching you.
- Starting March 1, 2025, several airlines have mandated that portable power banks be prohibited from use and charging throughout the flight to ensure flight safety. To protect your rights, please check the specific regulations of each airline regarding the carrying and use of portable power banks and electronic devices before departure.
- Important Notice Regarding Water Activities: During free time for water activities and other activities, please ensure you comply with the following:
- Life jackets must be worn and all safety regulations for the activity must be followed.
- Please be sure to use the local water sports operators designated by our company. Do not choose water sports operators that are not designated by our company simply because of lower prices, in order to avoid consumer disputes and damage to your rights.
- If any problems arise during water activities or free time, please contact the tour leader and guide immediately for assistance.
- Do not enter the pool, beach, or any water play area or venue outside of pool opening hours or without the supervision of a qualified lifeguard, in order to avoid drowning or other dangers.
