Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the travel-related services provided by our company. By browsing, accessing, using this website, submitting inquiries, or completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or related services.

I. Scope of Services and Role Description

The services provided by our company include, but are not limited to, travel itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, transportation and transfer services, private car services, ticket booking assistance, visa assistance, and other related travel services. The actual service content, itinerary details, and inclusions shall be subject to the information stated on each product page, quotation, or the content confirmed by both parties.

For certain services, our company acts solely as an arranging or coordinating agent for third-party service providers and is not the actual service provider. The performance of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers.

II. Booking, Confirmation, and Formation of Contract

All tours and services shall only be deemed formally confirmed upon confirmation by the Company and successful completion of payment.

By completing the booking process on this website and making a successful payment, the Customer confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the relevant product page descriptions, quotation details, and the electronic service agreement generated by the Company.

Such payment shall be deemed as the Customer’s consent to enter into and execute the electronic service agreement generated by the Company based on the order details. The Customer further agrees that such electronic agreement shall be legally binding upon both parties and shall have the same legal effect as a written contract.

The Customer agrees that the Company may store and manage the contract in electronic form, and no physical copy or separate signature shall be required.

Prior to the formation of the contract, any information, quotations, itinerary suggestions, or explanations provided by the Company shall not constitute the final contractual agreement.

After the contract has been formed, any request by the Customer to modify the itinerary (including but not limited to dates, service items, number of participants, or itinerary sequence) shall be subject to the Company’s evaluation and approval. Additional charges may apply due to operational conditions, supplier constraints, or increased costs, or such requests may not be accepted.

III. Payment Methods, Pricing, and Fees

  1. All travel products and services provided by our company are payable exclusively through online payment methods and are processed via third-party payment platforms or cooperating financial institutions. Our company does not accept cash payments, on-site payments, or any non-online payment methods.

  2. Travelers shall complete payment within the payment deadline specified in the order or quotation. If payment is not completed within the prescribed period, our company reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice and without any obligation to reserve availability or assume any resulting liability.

  3. Unless otherwise stated, all prices shall be based on the website or quotation displayed at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price adjustments, taxes, fees, or market conditions.

IV. Third-Party Payment Processing

  1. Online payments provided by our company are processed through third-party payment platforms or financial institutions. By completing payment on this website, travelers agree to comply with the applicable terms, transaction rules, and operational procedures of such third-party payment platforms.

  2. Our company does not store travelers’ complete credit card details, payment account information, or transaction verification data. All payment information is handled by third-party payment platforms in accordance with their security, risk control, and operational standards.

  3. Payment success, actual charge time, and fund settlement time shall be subject to the actual processing procedures of the third-party payment platforms or banks.

  4. In the event of payment failure, delay, transaction interruption, duplicate charges, or other payment disputes caused by third-party payment system issues, bank reviews, risk control mechanisms, network disruptions, or other circumstances not attributable to our company, our company will assist travelers in contacting the relevant third-party payment platform for resolution but shall not bear direct compensation liability.

V. Cancellation, Refunds, and Fee Deductions

Once an itinerary has been confirmed, if a traveler cancels the trip for personal reasons, cancellation fees will be charged based on the number of days between the cancellation date and the departure date. The closer the cancellation is to the departure date, the lower the refundable amount. The actual refund amount shall be calculated based on the itinerary content, incurred operational costs, and the applicable rules of third-party service providers.

For confirmed visa services, fast-track services, tickets, or other arranged services for which processing has already commenced, the associated fees are non-refundable.

For detailed rules regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our website’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

VI. Visa, Travel Documents, and Entry Responsibilities

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information, travel documents, and required materials provided are complete, accurate, and compliant with the visa and entry requirements of the relevant countries or regions. If a visa is not issued, delayed, or entry is denied due to late submission, incorrect information, insufficient document validity, or decisions made by competent authorities, all related responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the traveler, and our company shall not be held liable.

VII. Travel Risks and Limitation of Liability

Travel activities may be affected by weather conditions, transportation issues, strikes, illness, government policies, emergencies, or other force majeure events. Our company will make reasonable efforts, based on sound commercial judgment, to assist with itinerary adjustments or alternative arrangements but shall not be liable for any delays, itinerary changes, interruptions, or additional expenses resulting therefrom.

Travelers are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and risk tolerance and for complying with local laws, customs, and applicable regulations during the trip.

VIII. Responsibility of Third-Party Service Providers

Accommodation, transportation, activities, meals, and other services may be provided by third-party service providers. The service quality, performance capability, and related responsibilities of such providers shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions. Our company is responsible only for assisting with arrangements and coordination and shall not bear direct responsibility for the acts, omissions, or performance outcomes of third-party service providers.

IX. Personal Data Protection

Our company collects, processes, and protects travelers’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and uses such data only to the extent necessary for itinerary arrangements, service fulfillment, payment processing, or legal requirements. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

X. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by our company or its licensors. No part of the content may be used, reproduced, modified, distributed, or publicly displayed without prior written consent.

XI. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from travelers’ use of this website, booking or participation in the travel services provided by our company, or services provided by third-party service providers.

Such losses include, but are not limited to, itinerary delays, itinerary changes, itinerary interruptions, unmet expectations, loss of time, adjustments to personal schedules, missed travel opportunities, opportunity costs, or other damages not directly caused by our company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Where liability must be borne by our company under applicable law, such liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the traveler for the services directly attributable to our company.

XII. Amendments and Interpretation

Our company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this website without prior individual notice. Continued use of the website or related services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

XIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation, application, and any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is legally registered. The parties agree that the courts of such jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
