Welcome to the travel-related services provided by our company. By browsing or using this website, submitting an inquiry or completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or related services.

I. Scope of Services and Role Description

The services provided by our company include, but are not limited to, travel itinerary planning, accommodation arrangements, transportation and transfer services, private car services, ticket booking assistance, visa assistance and other related travel services. The actual service content, itinerary details and inclusions shall be subject to the information stated on each product page, quotation or the content confirmed by both parties.

For certain services, our company acts as an arranging assistant for third-party service providers and is not the actual service provider. The performance of such services shall be subject to the terms and regulations of the respective third-party service providers.

II. Booking, Confirmation and Formation of Contract

All itineraries and services shall be formally established only after confirmation by the Company and completion of payment.

By completing the booking process on this website and making a successful payment, the traveler confirms that they have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, the relevant product page content, quotation details and the Company's electronic contract.

Such payment shall be deemed the traveler's consent to sign the electronic service contract generated by the Company based on the order details, and agreement that the electronic contract is legally binding on both parties and has the same legal effect as a written contract.

The traveler agrees that the Company may store and manage the contract electronically, without providing a separate paper copy or conducting a separate signing procedure.

Before an order is established, information, quotations, itinerary suggestions or explanations provided by the Company do not constitute the final contract content.

After an order is established, any request by the traveler to change the itinerary, including but not limited to dates, service items, number of participants or itinerary sequence, shall be subject to the Company's assessment and approval. Additional charges may arise due to actual operational conditions, supplier restrictions or increased costs, or the request may not be accepted.

III. Payment Methods, Pricing and Fees

All travel products and services offered on this website require online payment, with transactions processed through third-party payment platforms or partner financial institutions. Cash payments, on-site payments and other non-online payment methods are not accepted for services booked through this website.

Service prices displayed on this website are primarily denominated in Vietnamese dong (VND). To help international travelers estimate costs, the website may also display reference prices in foreign currencies such as US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), Chinese yuan (CNY) and Japanese yen (JPY).

If a price is displayed in a foreign currency, it is a reference price converted at the current exchange rate. The amount is calculated using the exchange rate at the time of display and may be adjusted with exchange rate fluctuations without further notice.

The official settlement currency for transactions, payments and the issuance of related supporting documents is Vietnamese dong (VND), unless the parties have otherwise agreed in compliance with applicable law.

Travelers must complete payment within the deadline specified in the order or quotation. If payment is not completed within the prescribed period, the Company has the right to cancel the order without reserving availability and shall not be liable for any resulting consequences.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, all prices shall be based on the amounts displayed on the website or in the quotation at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price adjustments, changes in taxes and fees or other market factors.

IV. Third-Party Payments and Transaction Processing

The Company's online payment services are processed by third-party payment platforms or financial institutions. By completing payment on this website, travelers agree to comply with the relevant terms of service, transaction rules and operating procedures of the third-party payment platform.
The Company does not retain travelers' full credit card details, payment account information or transaction verification information. All payment information is handled by third-party payment platforms in accordance with their information security, risk control and operational standards.
Whether payment is successful, the actual time of debit and the time funds are credited shall be subject to the actual processing procedures of the third-party payment platform or bank.
If payment failure, delay, transaction interruption, duplicate charges or other transaction disputes arise from third-party payment platform system issues, bank reviews, risk control mechanisms, network disruptions or other reasons not attributable to the Company, the Company will assist travelers with inquiries and resolution through the relevant third-party payment platform, but shall not bear direct liability for compensation.

V. Cancellation, Refunds and Fee Deductions

Once an itinerary has been confirmed, if a traveler cancels for personal reasons, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of days between cancellation and departure. The closer cancellation is to departure, the lower the refundable proportion of the tour fee. The actual refund amount shall be calculated according to the itinerary content, operational costs already incurred and the relevant rules of third-party suppliers.

For confirmed visa, fast-track, ticket or other application and booking assistance services canceled after processing has begun, the associated fees are non-refundable.

VI. Visa, Travel Documents and Entry Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that the personal information, identification and documents they provide are complete, accurate and compliant with the visa and entry requirements of the relevant countries or regions. If a visa is not issued or is delayed, or entry is refused, due to the traveler's failure to provide information on time, incorrect information, insufficient document validity or review decisions by the competent national authorities, all related responsibilities and resulting losses shall be borne by the traveler, and the Company shall not be liable.

VII. Travel Risks and Limitation of Liability

Travel activities may be affected by weather, traffic conditions, strikes, illness, government policies, emergencies or other force majeure events. The Company will make every effort, based on reasonable commercial judgment, to assist with itinerary adjustments or offer alternatives, but shall not be liable for damages arising from resulting delays, itinerary changes, itinerary interruptions or additional expenses.

Travelers should assess their own physical condition and ability to bear risks during the trip and comply with local laws, customs and applicable regulations.

VIII. Responsibility of Third-Party Service Providers

Accommodation, transportation, activities, meals and other services may be provided by third-party service providers. These providers shall be responsible for their service quality, ability to perform and related liabilities under their respective terms and regulations. The Company is responsible only for assisting with arrangements and communication and shall not bear direct responsibility for third-party suppliers' acts, negligence or performance outcomes.

IX. Personal Data Protection

The Company will properly collect, process and protect travelers' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and use it only to the extent necessary for itinerary arrangements, service performance, payment processing or legal requirements. X. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, layouts and other materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors. It must not be used, reproduced, modified, distributed or publicly displayed without prior written consent.

XI. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that may arise from travelers' use of this website, booking or participation in travel services provided by the Company, or services provided by third-party service providers.

Such losses include, but are not limited to, flight or itinerary delays, itinerary changes, itinerary interruptions, unmet expectations, loss of time, adjustments to personal travel plans, opportunity costs arising from an inability to travel, or other damage not directly caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Where the Company is nevertheless required by law to bear liability, its liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the traveler that is directly related to the services for which the Company is legally liable.

XII. Amendments and Right of Interpretation

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be published on this website without separate individual notice. Continued use of this website or related services after revision constitutes agreement to and acceptance of the revised terms.

XIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service and related disputes arising from the Services shall be governed by the relevant laws of the place where the Company's business is registered. Both parties agree that the courts of that place shall have jurisdiction at first instance.
