Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

To protect the rights and interests of both travelers and the Company, and to ensure the smooth arrangement of travel services, once a travel itinerary has been confirmed, any cancellation requested by the traveler due to personal reasons shall be handled in accordance with the following refund and cancellation terms. Travelers are advised to carefully review this policy and evaluate their travel plans before placing an order.

I. Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

  1. All travel products and services provided by the Company are payable online only, and payments are processed through third-party payment platforms or cooperating financial institutions. The Company does not accept cash payments, on-site payments, or any non-online payment methods.

  2. A travel itinerary shall be deemed officially confirmed only after it has been reviewed by the Company and the full payment or agreed deposit has been successfully completed.

  3. Travelers must complete payment within the deadline specified in the order or quotation. If payment is not completed within the specified period, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without retaining availability and shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

II. Refund Policy for Traveler-Initiated Cancellations

(A) Visa, Airport Fast Track, and Airfare Fees

  1. Visa applications, airport fast track services, and other administrative services are submitted to relevant authorities based on the information provided by the traveler once confirmed. As actual costs are incurred immediately upon processing, such fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  2. Refunds, changes, or penalties related to air tickets shall be handled in accordance with the airline’s policies and final approval. The Company will assist in submitting requests but does not guarantee full refunds and bears no responsibility for airline-imposed restrictions or refusals.

(B) Ground Travel Services Fees (hereinafter referred to as “Tour Fees”)

If a traveler cancels a confirmed itinerary prior to departure, cancellation charges shall apply based on the number of days remaining before the departure date:

  • 21 days or more before departure:
50% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 14 to 20 days before departure:
70% of the tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 13 days or fewer before departure:
100% of the tour fee will be charged; no refund will be issued.

Notes:

  1. Cancellation days are calculated based on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  2. The effective cancellation date shall be determined by the time the Company receives a clear and formal cancellation notice from the traveler.

III. Online Payment, Third-Party Processing, and Transaction Fees

  1. Online payments are processed through third-party payment platforms or cooperating financial institutions. By completing payment on the Company’s website, travelers agree to comply with the relevant terms, transaction rules, and operational procedures of such platforms.

  2. The Company does not store travelers’ full credit card details, payment account information, or transaction authentication data. All payment data is handled by third-party platforms in accordance with their security and risk control mechanisms.

  3. In the event of payment failure, delay, interruption, or duplicate charges due to third-party platform system issues, bank reviews, risk control mechanisms, network disruptions, or other factors not attributable to the Company, the Company will assist in coordinating inquiries but shall not bear direct compensation liability.

  4. For orders canceled or refunded in accordance with this policy, any incurred bank or third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable and shall be borne by the traveler.

  5. Any approved refund amount will be processed via the original payment method within 15 days after confirmation of funds receipt. Actual posting time may vary depending on bank or third-party platform procedures.

IV. Price Display and Final Charged Amount

  1. Prices displayed on the website are based on the currency indicated on the product page or quotation.

  2. If travelers use a different currency, cross-border credit cards, or international payment methods, the final charged amount may vary due to exchange rates or processing fees imposed by banks or payment platforms.

  3. Such exchange rate differences or transaction fees are considered normal financial processing results and shall not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or pricing disputes.

V. Cancellation or Changes Due to Force Majeure

In the event that a trip cannot proceed as scheduled due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government policy changes, transportation disruptions, strikes, airline cancellations, or flight schedule adjustments, the Company shall not be liable for damages.

Under such circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion:

  1. Cancel the itinerary without issuing a refund; or

  2. Offer an alternative itinerary of equivalent value.

Any additional costs arising from alternative arrangements shall be borne by the traveler.

VI. Refund Policy for Company-Initiated Cancellations

If the Company is unable to provide all or part of the agreed travel services due to reasons attributable to the Company, travelers will be notified promptly. The Company will negotiate alternative arrangements, and if no agreement is reached, refunds will be issued for the portion of services not provided, in accordance with applicable regulations.

VII. Important Reminder

Travel itineraries involve multiple services that require advance reservations. The closer the cancellation is to the departure date, the more costs will have already been incurred, resulting in a lower refundable amount. Travelers are strongly advised to confirm their travel plans carefully before booking and to notify the Company as early as possible if changes or cancellations are required.

VIII. Final Terms

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is formulated in accordance with the Company’s standard travel contract and is subject to adjustment based on actual itinerary content and applicable regulations.

The rights and obligations of both parties shall ultimately be governed by the officially signed or confirmed contract terms.
