II. Service Delivery Method

  1. The delivery of travel services refers to the fulfillment of services by our company in accordance with the product content and the itinerary confirmed by both parties, either prior to departure, during the travel period, or at the time the actual service is provided.

  2. Trip confirmation details, order information, itineraries, usage instructions, electronic vouchers (if applicable), or other necessary information will be provided electronically, including but not limited to:

  3. The above electronic materials shall be deemed the official proof of service delivery, and travelers are not required to receive or sign for any physical documents.


III. Service Delivery Time

  1. The actual time of service provision shall be based on the information stated on each product page, quotation, or the content confirmed by both parties.

  2. For services requiring advance processing (such as visas, tickets, accommodation, or transportation arrangements), relevant confirmations or electronic materials will be provided after the processing has been completed.

  3. Our company does not guarantee that all service-related materials will be delivered immediately upon payment. The actual delivery time depends on the nature of the itinerary, operational procedures, and arrangements of third-party service providers.


IV. Traveler Responsibilities and Cooperation

  1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided at the time of booking (including email addresses and communication accounts) is accurate and capable of receiving information properly.

  2. If travelers fail to receive service-related materials due to incorrect contact information, failure to check emails in a timely manner, system message blocking, or other reasons not attributable to our company, all related responsibility shall be borne by the traveler.

  3. If travelers do not receive the relevant electronic materials within a reasonable period, they should proactively contact our customer service for assistance.


V. Limitations of Third-Party Service Delivery

  1. Certain services (such as accommodation, transportation, activities, and tickets) are provided by third-party suppliers. The delivery methods, usage rules, and limitations of such services shall be subject to the respective suppliers’ regulations.

  2. Our company is responsible only for assisting with arrangements and providing necessary usage information. Any changes to service timing, methods, or temporary adjustments made by third-party suppliers will be handled based on actual circumstances; however, our company does not bear direct performance liability for such third-party services.

  1. Our company does not provide any physical goods, paper tickets, or mailed documents.

  2. As our products are intangible services, standard e-commerce concepts such as “delivery time,” “logistics tracking,” or “receipt confirmation” do not apply.

  3. Completion of payment by the traveler indicates full understanding and acceptance of our service delivery method.
