To provide travelers with a secure and convenient payment experience, all travel products and services offered by our company are payable exclusively through online payment methods and are processed via third-party payment platforms or cooperating financial institutions.
I. Accepted Payment Methods
Our company currently provides the following online payment methods (the actual available options shall be subject to those displayed on the payment page):

Our company does not retain, access, or process travelers’ complete credit card details or payment account information.
By completing payment on this website, travelers agree to comply with the relevant third-party payment platform’s terms of service, transaction rules, and privacy policy.
IV. Successful Payment and Order Confirmation
Travel products and services shall be deemed officially established only after successful payment and confirmation of the order by our company.
If payment is not completed, fails, or is declined by a bank or payment platform, the order shall be considered not established.
Our company reserves the right, after payment, to confirm or adjust orders based on actual availability, supplier limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.
V. Transaction Issues and Payment Disputes
If any of the following situations occur during payment:

Payment successful but not immediately displayed

Delays due to bank or payment platform review

System errors or network interruption
Our company will assist travelers in contacting the relevant third-party payment platform or financial institution for inquiry and resolution; however, our company shall not bear direct compensation liability for delays or abnormalities caused by payment systems, bank processing procedures, or third-party payment platforms.
VI. Refunds and Transaction Fees
If a refund is required, it shall be handled in accordance with our website’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Bank charges or third-party payment platform transaction fees already incurred are generally non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be returned via the original payment method, and the actual crediting time shall be subject to the bank’s or payment platform’s processing procedures.
VII. Important Notes
Travelers are advised to carefully confirm product details, departure dates, service items, and cancellation policies before making payment.
Completion of payment indicates that the traveler has agreed to and accepted the Terms & Conditions, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the above Payment Methods description.
Website Payment Instructions
Please follow the steps below to complete the payment process:
Step 1: Select a Payment Method
On the payment page, please select one of the following methods:

After selection, the system will display the corresponding payment interface.
Step 2: Enter Payment Information
(1) Credit/Debit Card Payment

Card details must be accurate and within the valid period.

If OTP or other verification codes are required, they will be sent directly to the traveler by the issuing bank.
(2) Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay

The system will automatically redirect to the corresponding e-wallet interface.

Travelers complete verification through biometric authentication, PIN code, or device security mechanism.

No need to re-enter card information.
(3) ATM Card / Bank Account Payment

Select the issuing bank.

Log in to online banking or mobile banking as instructed.

Complete transaction verification according to the bank’s requirements.
(4) QR Code Payment

Open a banking app or e-wallet that supports QR scanning.

Scan the QR Code displayed on the screen.

Confirm transaction details and complete payment.
Step 3: Confirm Payment
After entering or verifying payment information, click “Confirm Payment”.
The system will display the transaction result:

Payment successful; or
-
Payment failed / Processing
Order information will be simultaneously sent to the traveler’s email address.
VIII. Payment Recognition Time
- When the OnePay system confirms payment success, the transaction shall be deemed completed.
- If technical issues or delayed bank responses occur, processing time may be extended.
IX. Important Reminders

This website does not store travelers’ credit card information.

Do not disclose OTP codes or card details to any third party.

If a transaction fails but funds have been deducted, please contact customer service immediately for reconciliation assistance.
