Can your company provide vegetarian or vegan meals during the tour?

Of course! We always welcome vegetarian and vegan travelers on our daily itineraries. Past clients have also given high praise to our vegetarian meals, describing them as not only delicious but also diverse. Please note that our itineraries are primarily group experiences, so even if vegetarian options are offered, other non-vegan travelers will still enjoy meals containing meat.

Can your company accommodate my needs regarding food allergies or dietary restrictions?

If you inform us in advance, we can adjust the meals in the itinerary to suit most dietary needs. No seafood? No problem. Vegetarian or vegan? We can arrange that. Allergic to gluten, nuts, shellfish, etc.? We can adjust that too. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking the trip so we can prepare suitable alternative meals. Additionally, if you are allergic to MSG (monosodium glutamate), we do not recommend participating in the trip, as most Vietnamese dishes (including vegetarian dishes) contain MSG.

Does your company provide pick-up and drop-off services from hotels/apartments/private residences or airports?

We offer airport transfers (included in the tour price) and transfers to hotels in District 1 (with some exceptions). If your accommodation is not within our service area, please meet us at Bin Thanh Market in District 1, which is conveniently located in the city center.

What payment methods does your company accept?

We accept cash payments, bank transfers, or payments made through the payment gateway on our website. All amounts shall be settled in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

Do I need to pay a deposit in advance to reserve my spot?

Yes, after the itinerary is confirmed, please pay 60% of the total tour fee as a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days before departure.

I am a solo traveler, can I sign up for the trip?

Of course! We welcome solo travelers on most tours. Only private tours require a minimum of two people traveling together. Please note that our tours are usually group tours, meaning you will be joining other travelers.

What should I wear and bring when participating in the trip?

Due to the hot weather in Vietnam, we recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing and bringing a small fan, sun protection clothing, etc. If you have any special health needs, please also bring your personal medications or allergy medications.

Do I need a visa to enter Vietnam?

Many travelers are unsure whether a visa is required when traveling to Vietnam, leading to being denied entry at the airport, causing significant stress and additional costs. Therefore, we offer the following advice to avoid similar situations: Travelers from most countries require a visa to enter Vietnam. Only about 25 countries have visa-free agreements with Vietnam, allowing their citizens to enter without a prior visa application, but the visa-free period is usually only 45 days. If you plan to stay longer than 45 days, you must apply for an extension or a visa valid for 90 days. Please note: Be wary of websites claiming to assist with e-visas or whose URLs contain the words "e-visa." These are usually third-party platforms that charge higher service fees, but the actual visa issued is the same as the official one.

Is your company's itinerary suitable for children?

What is the maximum number of people allowed per trip?

The number of participants varies depending on the trip length: short trips typically involve 3–10 people, while long or regular trips involve 15–30 people. For large group or company trips, we can assist with arrangements; please contact us.

Does the itinerary include travel insurance?

Our itinerary includes basic travel insurance to protect travelers' basic rights during the trip. We recommend that travelers purchase additional travel insurance before departure for more comprehensive coverage.

How far in advance can I book my trip?

We accept bookings 1–2 weeks in advance (depending on availability), but we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to secure a spot. For urgent bookings, please contact us via email or at 0384416771 to confirm availability.

Do I need to bring cash with me on the trip?

It is advisable to prepare some cash to cover personal expenses such as shopping, snacks, or other extra costs.

Is drinking water and snacks provided during the trip?

We will provide basic drinking water and light meals depending on the itinerary. Please inform us in advance if you have any special needs so that we can make arrangements.

What languages ​​do your tour guides speak?
